01 Scope & Overview

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which MIRZAPUR CRESCENT ("we", "us", "our", or "Mirzapur Crescent") collects, utilizes, manages, stores, and discloses information gathered from visitors, client organizations, institutional partners, and grassroots producers across our web portals, IoT networks, agricultural AI models, and field consulting hubs.

We comply strictly with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and international data privacy principles including GDPR standards where foreign developmental agencies or cross-border trade are involved.

We will never monetize, sell, or rent individual smallholder farmer records, landholding deeds, or personal contact lists to predatory third-party lenders, unverified marketers, or input brokers. Agronomic datasets utilized for research or regional crop health maps are strictly aggregated and anonymized.

We enforce multi-tiered administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized data loss, modification, or exposure:

AES-256 Encryption
Applied to data at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Role-Based Access
Access confined strictly to designated project leads.
Automated Audit Logs
